We make an unrivalled selection of wild plant-based expressions at our micro-distillery in the forests of Central Portugal, where our distillers and artisans are on a mission to quietly introduce customers to the colourful, aromatic, and naturally complex taste of a plant.
WB&CO plant-first approach means a fundamental shift in how products are traditionally developed. It means letting go of creating products by categories such as gin and whisky and allowing nature to lead our creative process towards a limitless product universe: from wild fennel distillates to fig leaf liqueurs and low-alcohol olive leaf spirit drinks.
We can do this because we are committed to working locally with what's in front of us and seasonally with what nature provides. This naturally produces wild plant-based expressions bottled in very small batches, many of which are sold exclusively online by Wild Bunch & Co. Portugal.
