Processing
Order processing for Aromatics takes between 2 and 5 working days. Spirits can take between 5 and 15 working days depending on bottling. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

Shipping
You will be the importer for the international delivery of your Order (i.e. any Order delivered to a country other than Portugal). Therefore, before placing an Order, it is your responsibility to check the Products you are planning to import comply with state and federal government import regulations and that no local requirements or restrictions may affect receipt of your Order. If any customs requirements apply or charges are due, you agree to be responsible for these.

Return Policy
A about our Spirits... WB&CO makes naturally-occurring spirits from wild plants without using additives or preservatives. As we keep the process natural from forest-to-bottle your spirit will age organically: this may change its colour and profile of over time. We don't have control over this, that's the beauty of the process.

Once a spirit leaves Wild Bunch & Co. LDA’s possession, they cannot be returned pursuant to applicable law(s) concerning alcoholic products. However, in the event that your delivered item is damaged, Wild Bunch & Co. LDA is happy to accept your claim in accordance with the procedures that are outlined below.
 
Damaged Goods
Wild Bunch & Co. LDA understands there will be times when products may be damaged during delivery. Wild Bunch & Co. LDA will honour claims for reimbursement in such events. In order to process claims, Wild Bunch & Co. LDA requires the customer to fill out any required forms that we or the delivery company provides in order to complete your refund. Customers need to file a claim for damaged goods within 10 days of receipt of order.
