Eligibility: You must be of legal drinking age in your country of residence to purchase alcohol. The purchase of all Products through the Site is strictly limited to parties who can lawfully enter into and form contracts on the Site by Portuguese law. Process: wildbunch.com.pt accepts most major credit/debit cards. We will notify you by email to acknowledge receipt of your order and to provide you with an order number. If we are unable to fulfill your order following this acknowledgment, we will contact you by email advising you of this. We will confirm acceptance of your order by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the Products have been despatched ("Despatch Confirmation"). A legally binding contract between us will be formed when we send you the Despatch Confirmation. Payments: We do not charge your credit or debit card until we despatch your order. Items in your Shopping Bag will always reflect the most recent price displayed on the Products detail page. Availability: All Products are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the Products you have ordered are unavailable. Our products are bottled at natural colour, so your Product may vary slightly in colour from the images on our website. Despatch: Wild Bunch & Co. can only despatch products on Wednesdays. We appreciate your understanding on this matter. Receipt: You will be required to sign for receipt for the Product. If you are not in, the courier will leave a note telling you where to collect it. Delays: Contact us if you have not received your Product within the period specified in your Order Confirmation. Cancelation: You can cancel a Contract within 30 days from the delivery date of your Product. If you do so before your Product has shipped, we will cancel your order immediately. If you do so after, you can notify us of your decision to cancel the Contract and receive a refund subject to our Return Policy below.

You can request a refund within 30 days of delivery for the following reasons: a) Cancellation: If for any reason you decide you do not want to keep a Product, you can notify us of your decision to cancel the Contract and receive a refund subject to our Return Policy using the email below. b) Damaged: Wild Bunch Co. Lda will refund the purchase price and delivery costs for products damaged in transit. c) Undelivered: Wild Bunch Co. Lda will refund the purchase price and delivery costs of products not delivered within 30 days of ordering (not including customs clearance). Exchanges & Refunds on Cancellations will be honored on Products returned to us without delay and in the original product packaging and unopened.
